Other Lease Forms

The screenshots below may differ from your Click & Lease program depending on what state you are located in.

When creating or editing a lease forms package, the Click & Lease program provides access to other lease forms including the Roommate Amendment.

Follow these steps to print the Roommate Amendment:

1. Once you have created a new lease record, or edited an existing lease record and saved your changes, click the View Print Menu button.

2. The Print Menu will appear. Click the Other Lease Forms tab, then click on Roommate Amendment.

3. The Add or Change Roommate window will appear. Enter the name of the resident to move in and/or select a resident to move out. Click the Apply button when you are finished making changes.

4. A message will appear to confirm that you want to make the changes. Click OK if you wish to continue.

5. The Roommate Amendment form will load. Make the appropriate selections on the form.

6. Click the Preview button to review the form, or click the Print button. A PDF file of the form will be generated.
