TAA Click & Lease allows members access to the official TAA lease contracts, rental applications, and related leasing forms through an easy-to-use secure interface. TAA Click & Lease provides time-saving tools designed to streamline the leasing process, through:
- automatic access to official TAA lease forms
- online signature collection through E-signature services
- electronic data collection through Online Rental Application and Online Guaranty services
- access to over 100 REDBOOK forms
- subscription to TAA's REDBOOK Online, a legal resource of articles, commentary and more
- easy integration with property management software
TAA Click & Lease is offered exclusively to Texas Apartment Association members.
TAA offers three Click & Lease packages. Package eligibility is based on unit count and lease type, i.e., Apartment, Student Housing, Condominium/Townhome, or Residential.

Apartment Package
Required for any Apartment property with 50 or more units
- Recurring Annual Fee:
- $400 per license fee
- $2.25 per unit fee
- Plus 8.25% sales tax
Provides unlimited printing of TAA Apartment and Student Housing Lease Contracts, addenda, rental applications, and REDBOOK forms
- Also includes:
- Free E-Signature services
- Free Online Rental Application Services
- Access to TAA's REDBOOK Online
Small Property Package
Designed for properties with less than 50 Apartment units each; and/or Residential-Condo units
- Recurring Annual Fee:
- $400 per license fee
- $2.25 per unit fee
- Plus 8.25% sales tax
Provides unlimited printing of TAA Lease Contracts, addenda, rental applications, and REDBOOK forms
- Also includes:
- Free E-Signature services
- Free Online Rental Application Services
- Access to TAA's REDBOOK Online
Small Owner Package
Same as Small Property Package if no more than 80 units in total
- Recurring Annual Fee:
- $100 per license fee (includes first 20 units)
- $5.00 per additional unit fee
- Plus 8.25% sales tax
Provides unlimited printing of TAA Lease Contracts, addenda, rental applications, and REDBOOK forms
- Also includes:
- Free E-Signature services
- Free Online Rental Application Services
- Access to TAA's REDBOOK Online
